Return & Exchange
Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and the email address associated with the order to get started.
If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original product packaging still intact, then the item can be returned.
If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
* We recommend you return your items by registered post or a courier, we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged.
