Garavan's Bar
A rare and remarkable release in collaboration with our friends at Micil Distillery, part of their exclusive Síolta Mhicil Cask Ownership Programme, of which only 240 casks exist.
Distilled and matured for just under four years by Micil Distillery, this whiskey was crafted from Micil’s heritage mashbill and aged in a Pedro Ximenez quarter cask. The result is a smooth, indulgent richness, like drinking black forest gateau, with layers of dark chocolate, cherry, and soft vanilla warmth.
Only 67 bottles were drawn from this precious cask, each one exclusive to Garavan’s Bar and a true collector’s drop.
